You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation requests cannot always be honoured (especially if work has begun).
All non-customised, ready-to-ship products are eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. The items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are received damaged or defective.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or wrong, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. After verification, we will replace the item or issue a refund for non-customised pieces.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method or store credit (your choice/depending on case).
