All product images, designs, and content on our site are intellectual property of SOKREE. Unauthorized usage or reproduction is not allowed.
Pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice. If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will inform you ASAP and refund/exchange as necessary.
Customisation requests must be clearly communicated at the time of order. Once a custom or made-to-order design is confirmed, changes/cancellations are not accepted (unless there is an error from our side).
Slight variations in color, stone pattern, finish, or weight may occur since each piece is handmade. These are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of fraud, unauthorized payment, or mis-specification.
Any refunds or credits issued will comply with Razorpay’s terms for transactions and any applicable banking/payment gateway charges might be deducted where required.
